Sharon Schneider, Founder & Principal
With over 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and impact investing, Sharon Schneider is the founder of Integrated Capital Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm that helps founders and family offices create positive social change using an expanded toolbox of resources and strategies that spans the return spectrum from grants to market-rate investments. She is also the author of "Handbook for an Integrated Life: a Practical Guide to Aligning Your Everyday Choices with Your Internal Compass," a #1 New Release on Amazon that helps individuals live into their values the same way her consulting helps business owners and family offices.
She previously served as the Executive Director of the Telluray Foundation, the founding Director of the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group, and the co-founder and CEO of Moxie Jean, a for-profit social enterprise that was acquired by Schoola in 2015. She has also been recognized as one of the 100 top names in Chicago innovation, a Chicago Innovation Award winner, and a Who's Who in Impact Investing.
Lexie Cde Baca, Senior Impact Consultant
Lexie has over a decade of experience working directly with donors in private philanthropy, with a focus on families in the start-up phase of their philanthropy and during key transitional moments. Lexie started her career in philanthropic advising at Geneva Global and then moved to Tideline where she gained valuable experience in impact investing. Most recently, she has served as a key early staff member for Giving Pledge signatories at the Telluray Foundation and the Echidna Giving Fund.
