Sharon Schneider, Founder & Principal

With over 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and impact investing, Sharon Schneider is the founder of Integrated Capital Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm that helps founders and family offices create positive social change using an expanded toolbox of resources and strategies that spans the return spectrum from grants to market-rate investments. She is also the author of "Handbook for an Integrated Life: a Practical Guide to Aligning Your Everyday Choices with Your Internal Compass," a #1 New Release on Amazon that helps individuals live into their values the same way her consulting helps business owners and family offices.

She previously served as the Executive Director of the Telluray Foundation, the founding Director of the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group, and the co-founder and CEO of Moxie Jean, a for-profit social enterprise that was acquired by Schoola in 2015. Schneider was named a Colorado Governor’s Fellow in 2022, and in 2024 was named an Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Kim Foreman, Director, Impact Operations

Kim Foreman is among the nation’s preeminent authorities on private foundation administration. As Senior Vice President at Foundation Source overseeing the Private Client group, she spent eight years working with literally hundreds of foundations, representing over $5 billion in assets, to keep them running smoothly and in compliance with IRS regulations. In the last seven years as Deputy Director for the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group supporting the descendants of Sam and Helen Walton, she expanded her knowledge base to include working across complex multi-entity impact organizations, which may include foundations, DAFs, LLCs and other vehicles. Kim brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical execution to make cutting-edge impact organizations run efficiently and effectively. 


Lexie Cde Baca, Senior Impact Consultant

Lexie has over a decade of experience working directly with donors in private philanthropy, with a focus on families in the start-up phase of their philanthropy and during key transitional moments. Lexie started her career in philanthropic advising at Geneva Global and then moved to Tideline where she gained valuable experience in impact investing. Most recently, she has served as a key early staff member for Giving Pledge signatories at the Telluray Foundation and the Echidna Giving Fund.
